Do I need QuickBooks Online or Xero?
No. Partsemble works on its own, and connects to QuickBooks Online or Xero when you want each build to reach your books. On another system? Tell us which one.
Does Partsemble replace my accounting system?
No. Your accounting system stays the books. Partsemble keeps the bills of materials and the builds, and sends each build's result to your books.
How does a build reach QuickBooks Online or Xero?
As one journal entry at what the build cost. With QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced you can send inventory adjustments instead. Xero receives a manual journal.
Can I import what I already have?
Yes. Products and bills of materials import from a CSV or Excel file, and the templates come with example rows.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only and your data is kept.
